Often during our professional life we work in teams, but not always do we know each other well enough to co-operate effectively. Communication between team members can be experienced as rough or more direct than necessary.
In this one-day teambuilding event, supported by personal profiles based upon the Lumina Spark psychometric tool, the team members develop a stable and pleasant working atmosphere.
Before the event, team goals are discussed and agreed upon with the coach, such that the final result is measurable. After six months a half-day "refresher" session reinforces the outcomes.
An actual workshops series description ("leading change without authoriy"), where the management team members have a multicutural background, gives more insight in the process.
Due to the many restrictions, caused by the Corona pandemy, the online coaching work has received an enormous boost. Both sessions with management teams as personal leadership coaching has yielded inspiring experiences.
